Most orders ship within 2-3 working days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Transit times depend on the destination. Our warehouse is located in California, so delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within California and around 5 business days to New York. Please note that standard/ground shipping delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for available options.

Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item sent for example).
Extended holiday return window: Items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 15th have an extended return window until Jan 15th.
If you need to return an item please visit our Returns Center and follow the instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Conditions for a full refund:
Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.
ARE BAMBOO FIBER PRODUCTS BREAKABLE?
Our products are durable and long-lasting, but do treat them with care. Due to the rigidity of the bamboo, our eco-composite material isn’t unbreakable. It will not shatter like ceramic or glass but if knocked dropped at a bad angle on a hard surface, a chip or crack may occur. We now offer a silicone suction base for use with our bamboo tableware range to help avoid unnecessary drops from the table. Shop it here.

Great little trash cans for the bathroom. Love the tops . Just be careful. I accidentally dropped one in my garage as I was unpacking them. It shattered :(

Great little can. I got this and another in the larger size since folks had suggested the small may be too small. It definitely seems like a very reasonable size for a powder room/bathroom. The bigger one is almost too big for the master bath, but I'll keep it. The material is like metalplastic. Unique. My only complaint is one came with a little bamboo hoop that fits in the can and will hold up the liner (it would really ruin the look of this to have the liner hanging out). The other one I ordered didn't come with the hoop. I'll have to get creative.

It’s just the cutest splash of color in a sea of white and gray. I like an open top on a bathroom can, but this rim top means no one is staring in at what someone discarded. Very well designed in an overlooked necessary.

So happy with my little bathroom trash can! We didn't need anything massive, and the rim cover gives it a tasteful enclosure. My toddler used to love picking through our bathroom trash, and now he'll just touch the lid and close it instead of tearing everything out. It's a great upgrade for the space!
Great trash can. Small but fits perfectly for my apartment bathroom. Eco materials. I saw other reviews regarding the lid but it fits fine for me. I could imagine if you are shoving big trash items in it could be an issue but for bathroom use, cotton buds etc I dont touch the lid.
