The orders placed on this website currently ship only to an US, Canadian or Mexican address. If you wish to deliver to another country, please write to us at help[at]by-ekobo[dot]us or visit www.by-ekobo.com. 

For orders shipping outside of the US the import taxes and duties if any are of the customer's responsibility.

Most orders ship within 2 working days via UPS ground. We don't offer shipping to multiple addresses. You will need to place separate orders if you wish the items to be delivered to different addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item sent for example).

If you need to return an item please visit our Returns Center and follow the instructions.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Conditions for a full refund: 

Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.
