Make sure to wash and dry your lunch box set before first use.
+ To ensure the box is sealed properly, check that the top edges of the base and silicone seal on the lid are clean and dry. Firmly push the lid down on all sides so there are no gaps then close the clips.
+ Do not overfill, always leave a minimum gap of 1.5 cm at the top of the insert (if using), or the stainless container.
+ Keep the box flat when possible during transport.
+ The stainless steel base and insertare oven safe.
+ This box and insert are freezer safe; perfect for food storage -40"C / -40"F.
+ Do not heat the stainless steel parts in the microwave.
+ Do not use bleach, cleaners containing chlorine.abrasive cleaners or scrubbers on any part of the box as they may dull the finish.

For orders shipped outside the US, any applicable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders ship within 2-3 working days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Transit times depend on the destination. Our warehouse is located in California, so delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within California and around 5 business days to New York. Please note that standard/ground shipping delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for available options.

Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item sent for example).
Extended holiday return window: Items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 15th have an extended return window until Jan 15th.
If you need to return an item please visit our Returns Center and follow the instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Conditions for a full refund:
Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.
