ONA Aromatherapy Nebulizing Essential Oil Diffuser

Our electric essential oil diffuser releases aromatic molecules using a heat-free method to conserve all the properties of the essential oils.
It can be placed anywhere, in a house, office or spa, quickly disinfecting the atmosphere in a up to 1000 sq ft surface area.

ONA aroma diffuser uses a silent air pump in a wooden base, and a glass chamber to contain the essential oils. The diffuser also features a regulator.

Power control to adjust the diffusion, up to 1000 sq ft. We recommend running no longer than 15 minutes per use as this is ample time to saturate the air.

Cleaning
To clean the glassware, you can use either alcohol or vinegar. It will dilute the essential oil that dried in. Put 2-3 ml in the glass chamber, leave it for 5 minutes (or longer if needed), then stir by rotating the glassware, and pour off. You can also diffuse it after stirring, it will clean the small tubes in the glass chamber. We do not recommend to try to dry the inside of the glass chamber as it is very fragile, please let it air dry.

For orders shipped outside the US, any applicable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders ship within 2-3 working days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Transit times depend on the destination. Our warehouse is located in California, so delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within California and around 5 business days to New York. Please note that standard/ground shipping delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for available options.

Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item sent for example).
Extended holiday return window: Items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 15th have an extended return window until Jan 15th.
If you need to return an item please visit our Returns Center and follow the instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Conditions for a full refund:
Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.
ARE BAMBOO FIBER PRODUCTS BREAKABLE?
Our products are durable and long-lasting, but do treat them with care. Due to the rigidity of the bamboo, our eco-composite material isn’t unbreakable. It will not shatter like ceramic or glass but if knocked dropped at a bad angle on a hard surface, a chip or crack may occur. We now offer a silicone suction base for use with our bamboo tableware range to help avoid unnecessary drops from the table. Shop it here.
