For orders shipped outside the US, any applicable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Most orders ship within 2-3 working days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Transit times depend on the destination. Our warehouse is located in California, so delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within California and around 5 business days to New York. Please note that standard/ground shipping delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for available options.

Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item sent for example).
Extended holiday return window: Items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 15th have an extended return window until Jan 15th.
If you need to return an item please visit our Returns Center and follow the instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Conditions for a full refund:
Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.
DO THE SUCTION BASES STICK ON ALL SURFACES?
Our baby feeding bowls and plates will suction onto most tables and highchairs. Surfaces include plastic, glass, polished stone and sealed wooden surfaces. Make sure surface is clean and free of scratches or nicks and is not a porous surface where air can come between the base and the surface. The suction foot should also be free of oily residue and free of crumbs and dust. Be sure to measure your highchair to be sure!
IS EKOBO SILICONE DISHWARE MICROWAVE & DISHWARE SAFE?
Our silicone baby dishes make feeding your tot so much easier - they're safe to heat in and a cinch to clean up. Warm-up meals in the microwave or the oven (up to 400F) ... you can even bake in them! You can also store them in the freezer (-40°F). Of course, they're dishwasher safe. :)
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SILICONE DISHWARE?
Silicone is odourless, but can pick up odours like food, oils, plastics or detergent. If your product has taken on a scent of something it has come in contact with, then it may have oil build up. There are a few ways to remove it:
- - Soak the product in a 50/50 warm water and vinegar bath for a few hours
- - Place it in boiling water for about 15 minutes
- - Baking it in the oven at 100°C (212°F) for about an hour
Stains may be removed by washing with hot soapy water or by using the bottom rack of the dishwasher. Dry products thoroughly to avoid water-marks. Store products in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and finally, don't cut on it with a very sharp knife.
